SHIPPING

Due to the delicate nature of my work, I do not accept returns except in the case of damage during shipment. If your package arrives damaged, please contact me immediately by email. I will and follow up with the delivery company responsible.
Work will be shipped out in 5-7 business days via UPS Ground, unless otherwise specified by the buyer. International orders are handled separately. Please see below.
UPS orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box, so please use a street address where you work can be delivered .
International shipping is not automatically calculated as part of the on-line invoice and therefore will not appear on the invoice. International customers will be contacted via phone or email to determine the preferred shipping method and payment approval, prior to shipping the merchandise. I reserve the right to adjust your on-line invoice based on final shipping costs incurred.
Due to increasing fuel costs, UPS and other carriers publish price adjustments monthly. I must reflect those prices in our shipping charges, so I reserve the right to update our posted shipping charges at any time to reflect adjustments in shipping costs.

PRIVACY POLICY:

Customer Privacy is very important to me. I do not share or sell any information provided to me by my customers.

Information Collection and Uses:

I collect no information on consumers who browse my Web Site except for the tracking required to operate the shopping cart and secure credit card authorization.
The information I collect is used during the transactional process, then immediately discarded from my servers.
Cookies: the shopping cart uses only"session cookies" which exist only while you are online. When you close down your browser, the cookies disappear.
With respect to Ad Servers: I have nothing to do with them.

DATA SECURITY

Both my shopping cart and my credit card processor use the Secure Socket Layer (SSL via https), maintain secure servers, and never put unencrypted, sensitive information in email.
I do not put any sensitive information in any unencrypted format, including email. Once your transaction is completed, the information is immediately discarded from my servers.
